Since I don't have the proper tools to make screenshots or record videos as I'm playing games. When I have weird urges to do so, I take out my trusted digital camera and do it the old fashioned way. Usually, the quality of the pictures vary depending on how I take the pictures. When I'm doing movies, I'd place the camera on a stool. When I'm doing pictures I'd either be smart and put it on a stool or be geeky by doing it paparazzi style. Anyways, the following are some pictures I took during my first play through of Final Fantasy XII. The comments are edited versions of my actual game logs. Edited, because some of my comments can be very disturbing. You should be thankful.

(the answer is "haaaiii~!") This is from the tutorial sequence in the begining of the game where Basch asks Reks whether he sees the signal above his head. I found it hilarious because how can you not?! It's a baby speach bubble with a smiley face in it.

In Nalbina Prison when Vaan, Balthier, and Fran are "stalking" Gabranth. Gabranth is the first Judge you see in the game and I thought it was very exciting. I was adjusting the camera more than I was paying attention to what they were talking about in that scene!

I was really happy to finally get Basch in my party, even if he's a guest, but after noticing all those scars it made me feel sad. So I started that weird campaign of mine.

オレがバッシュ・フォン・ローゼンバーグ！！！ is one of the many things Vaan says in that mini-game. Essentially the same as the English version, but for some reason it's a bit more thrilling when it's in Japanese?

When you walk near a save point, Basch's hair and pant tassle sways in the breeze. Please don't ask me why I took the time to notice.

I usually play videogames really late at night when I'm not exactly the most attentive. So anyways, Raithwall's Tomb the wall boss. I had problems with it, so I was changing around some equipment and found a hammer and had Basch equipped with it. So as I was fighting the boss, I realized how silly Basch looked beating the wall with the little hammer. Then I started feeling nostalgic and wanting to shout "IT'S HAMMER TIME!". So yes, in this image Basch is still equipped with that hammer. So, now if you talk to me personally and I randomly say "AHH IT'S HAMMER TIME WITH BASCH!" you now know where it's from. Also, one of my friends came over to my place and she wanted to see a Japanese videogame. So I showed her this and pointed out the hammer. She had no idea who MC Hammer was, so the joke sort of died. The chocobo is there because I thought the idea of giving Chocobo "turbo" was hilarious. Like my friend Michael says, they can go turbo only three times because you don't want to be overdosing the bird.

Another one of those classic Final Fantasy XII moments, but with Mandora Prince, King Araune, Onion Queen, Pumpkin Star, and Tomato Captain. When I got my Collectors Edition game guide, I had to get it early in the morning because there was only around ten copies for sale. So I had to carry it around all day. The pain of carrying books larger and heavier than my own textbooks. Sad, but anyways I was looking through it with friends and when I saw that Tomato Captain's name had changed to "Topstalk", let's say I threw a fit.

In accordance to the mob in Log #7, or "Marks" as you would call them in the English version, I don't quite remember what the story is but something about the kid's dad. Anyways, this guy appears on the spot with the kid, and if you look at him carefully, he looks like a younger looking Basch that's wearing spandex.

Well, I thought Basch having his hand by his hip was somewhat funny.
